Hey kids! Love getting beat up by storyboarding? I’m taking on a mentee this spring through Motivarti, a 10-week mentorship program. I’ll take you through boarding basics, things I wish were taught to me, as well as helping with any of your projects or portfolios. Registrations start tomorrow! Please please please be able to scan in your boards/provide them digitally if you’re not local! It makes it a lot easier for me to read your work.

EDIT: I wanted to add that this will not be a beginner’s course. The type of person who would benefit the most are those who have already gotten their feet wet with, say, a course from school or are already familiar with the very basics. Perhaps you have tested on some boards for a job and are looking for how to take it further. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. The application fee is hefty and I don’t want anyone applying who doesn’t know what they’re getting themselves into!

* I will not actually allow storyboarding to beat you up. Much.
